If you can see mold on a wall, ceiling, or baseboard and it’s bigger than a dinner plate, call somebody. Same goes for that damp-towel odor that lingers in a bathroom, laundry room, or around your HVAC returns. That smell almost always means something is growing where you can’t see it.
