“Scott came out and looked at our house and did an amazing job! We have one spot in our garage and he came through our house and looked at everything and verified it was just out in the garage and didn't try to upsell us or convince us we needed anything we didn't. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company!”

“Excellent experience. The Tech was very professional and technically proficient. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need as well. Highly recommended.”

“Scott, Chad and Dannon were fabulous. We have struggled with severe moisture issues for 3 years. They not only addressed the mold issues, but they all went above and beyond to look at all of our moisture issues and give advise! We are so grateful! Thank you!!”

“They were amazing! Kevin came to access our situation and facetimed the owner and a builder to help get to the root of what was causing the issue to begin with which was amazing. They were not there just to sell something, they were honestly concerned about our health and well being. Thank you guys for everything so far.”

“Scott with Pure Maintenance of Alabama came out for a complimentary assessment of a leak in my home. After looking it over, he told me there wasn't a significant enough mold problem to warrant a full mold inspection — and I genuinely appreciated the honesty. They could have easily pushed services I didn't need, but they didn't. That's rare, and it's why I'd choose them again. If I ever have a real mold issue, they're the first call I'll make.”

“Zach was professional, kind, funny and one on of the best I've ever encountered in any line of work. He was knowledgeable and made it feel like he was there helping as a friend. Thank you Zach you are amazing!”

“Very professional and knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend.”

“I had Zach Hocutt come out to my house for an inspection in my main bathroom and I was absolutely blown away by his professionalism and mainly his kindness! As a homeowner, it can be so nerve wrecking when something is wrong or broken but Zach eased all of those feelings for me! He was so easy to talk to (was great with my dog too!) and made me feel so comfortable which is important when having someone unknown come into your home. I hated that I had the need to call Pure Air, but now I’m so glad I did! (I wish they offered more services just so I could have them come out again!)”

“Awesome experience with Pure Maintenance of AL. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was notified days in advance of appointments and the day of to confirm so as to not waste my time. They showed up and performed the work as promised. I have serious medical issues concerning mold and they were able to come out, assess the issue and perform the work necessary to rid my home of the mold and endotoxins that prevented me from living inside the home. I would highly recommend Chad and his team as they are the leading experts in AL that I have come across. Thank you Pure Maintenance.”

“They were very detailed with their evaluation of our problems. Did a great job of explaining what environmental factors contributed to the mold problem. Quoted the remediation almost immediately and performed the work exactly like they described. I would definitely recommend them if you are experiencing mold problems.”

“We had a problem with mold in our workshop. Jack confirmed the issue and his educational process was great. Dee did the treatment and was professional. He answered any questions we had. They both did an exceptional job. We are pleased with our experience with Pure Air.”

“Pure Air of Alabama sent a gentleman out to do a mold inspection he was very professional extremely thorough. He was very honest and explained what he did and answered all my questions luckily he found no major mold issues and I was relieved. “Jack was thorough and professional. He provided assistance in finding cost effective solutions for us!!!”

“Scott came out and did an inspection for me and my wife. We had a huge mold problem with it in every room and it was causing my wife to have asthma attacks nightly, sometimes sending her to the hospital. He explained how the mold got in our house to begin with, what we can do after the treatment to prevent it from coming back, and was so nice and great to talk to the entire time. Ri came 2 days later and did all the hard work scrubbing ALL of the mold from the inside of the house and crawlspace then treating the air to kill any mold spores that we couldn’t see. He was there for around 14 hours and our house looked spotless when he was done. I can not say enough good things about Scott, Ri, and Pure Air, thank you so much for everything!”

“I had a mold remediation and treatment completed , the property was professional cleaned and treated for mold, I'm very happy with the results, they are fast and answer all questions and concerns. Scott was very helpful .”

“Great experience with air quality test. Zach was very knowledgeable and professional, no pressure at all.”

“I want to start off by saying I had the absolute best experience from inquiry to the inspection. I spoke with Sarah who was so helpful in scheduling me an appointment that worked best with my schedule. She was so patient and ensured that I got the earliest appointment possible. She scheduled me with Zachary who showed up early for the mold inspection. Zachary did a thorough inspection of my attic. He was very knowledgeable and very kind! Turns out it wasn’t mold at all! I’m thrilled and so thankful for these two really helping me out and putting my mind at ease!”

“He came in and told me what he was going to do, and then told me I could come back around 5:00 and he would be finished. He did a good job.”

I’m very happy with the product and would definitely recommend Pure Air to anyone looking for a way to improve the air in their home. Great product and great experience overall!”

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for their punctuality, honesty, and diligence to make sure my family is safe.”

“Great company! Zach represented the company very well 5 star business for sure.”

“Pure Air was wonderful to work with. I discovered some mold inside my wall and they sent someone out that day to inspect it. They were supposed to be here one day to remove the moldy sheet rock and then treat the whole house but they ended up finding so much mold that they were here for 2 days removing and treating. They were so thorough and very careful to make sure they got it all out and treated every single nook & crannie of my home. I really feel like they took excellent care of my home and did such a great job. Plus every single person I spoke to was knowledgeable and kind (Zack, Ri & Dee.) I highly recommend Pure Air!”

“Zach was very thorough and professional when he came for the initial assessment and estimate and very true to his word. Ri and D came to do the treatment as scheduled and on time and very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. They were very polite and informative. Treated the whole house main floor and basement and started with treating the ductwork. They were In and out in one day and as Zach mentioned we’ll be sterile as a hospital. LOL… I feel very confident in their service and would recommend them to anyone with mold, moisture or odor issues and more. Thank you pure air!!”

“The service provided by Zach was ideal. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident in the work he was doing. If you are in need, I would recommend would recommend this service.”

“Zach was our rep and he was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Pure Air enough! After everything we’ve been through with our crawlspace and the mold issues in our home, they were a breath of fresh air from the very first phone call. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain the entire remediation process, answered every question we had, and treated our home with the care and respect it deserved. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right rather than just getting in and out. What stood out most was their attention to detail and transparency. They kept us informed throughout the process, arrived when they said they would, and their workmanship gave us confidence that our home was being properly taken care of. After such a frustrating experience with another company, working with Pure Air restored our faith that there are still businesses that take pride in their work and stand behind what they do. If you’re dealing with mold, air quality concerns, or need remediation services, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Pure Air is the company you want. Thank you for giving our family peace of mind!”

“Jack was super informative and took the time to really understand my concerns. He investigated everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure nothing went unaddressed. He was honest, suggesting maybe our main issue is just a humidity problem that may be resolved with additional attic ventilation rather than there being a mold issue. I’m so thankful I had him come take a look before other remediation companies! Highly recommend!”

“Jack Ingram is mold Wizard. He did an inspection for me helped me make a big decision on a property I was considering. He gave me his honest opinion and pointed out the pros and cons. Thank you Pure Air”

“I was struggling with feeling constantly tired and just not 100%. I decided to reach out to pure air as a last resort to find a solution and I can say I found one! Jack came out and explained everything to me in such great detail. He answered all my questions and seemed really knowledgeable about what he was selling. Since getting my house treated I finally feel like myself again. I highly recommend calling pure air and having Jack come out for any suspected mold issues!”

“Jack came yesterday to check for mold in my attic. Very nice guy and was there on time n was done in 15 min. If you need mold inspection I highly recommend Pure Air!”

“I reached out to Pure Air because I was concerned about a possible mold issue in my home. Before that, I had consulted two other local companies, and both tried to sell me expensive treatment packages without clearly explaining why they were needed and it left me with an uneasy feeling. However Pure Air was different and Jack performed a thorough inspection and honestly told me no treatment was necessary. What stood out most was how much time Jack spent educating me about mold, its health effects, and possible alternatives if anything changed later. He was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve rarely met someone so well informed about mold and its impact on health. It’s refreshing to find a company that values integrity and the customer’s best interests over making a sale. I highly recommend Pure Air, especially Jack, for anyone seeking a trustworthy mold inspection or consultation.”

Then when Rye came to do the remediation he paid attention to detail and did the work as if it was his own house. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone dealing with mold or suspect mold in their homes. They are extremely professional and thorough.”

“I’m going to try and keep this short since I could write all day about the benefits of this company. My husband had developed a severe breathing problem along with dementia. Doctors could not locate the problem with his breathing and I decided it had to be the amount of mold in our basement and it had moved into the upper floor of our house. Dr Rhonda Dial recommended Pure Air … it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Scott Kennemer came to our home and sat down and explained the entire process to us. I have delt with mold before and knew how dangerous it could be. Next Ry and Dee came out and explained everything they would be doing for the day. Our situation is a 100% better. “I had an excellent experience with Pure Maintenance. Jack came out and immediately found the mold we had been suspecting for awhile. He did such an amazing job walking me through the process and advantage of Pure Maintenance that we immediately booked remediation. I was so afraid of choosing a company that didn't fix the problem the first time just so we would have to spend more. But Jack was more concerned about my families health then even getting the account. He not only scheduled us for removal but walked us through the steps necessary to make sure the mold didn't return. My husband was suffering from brain fog and headaches. My son had been to the ER multiple times last year because of breathing issues. Since getting the mold removed my son and husband's issues have disappeared. I was shocked at the difference in the air sampling from before and after. Pure Maintenance has some of the best customer service around. We are so thankful to Jack for giving us the information we needed to make the best decision. And Ri for removing the mold.”

“We had a very good experience with Pure Air of Alabama. Jack Ingram was knowledgeable and professional as he explained the process to us. First Gavin cleaned out the ducts thoroughly and then double checked them again. Ri Greene then arrived to dry fog the hvac and duct work. My husband and I are already breathing better and it’s only been 48 hours!”

“Tackling a mold problem is a difficult and scary endeavor. When you have three kids running around the house, you want to know the people who are going to help you care as much about their safety as you do. Chad and his team demonstrate that care in their business better than I know how to truly describe. I read the reviews and knew they would do a great job, but what I’ve come to deeply appreciate is the care in how they are doing it. Chad has not only been extremely knowledgeable on my particular mold growth, but also relayed that knowledge in a way that “makes sense”. His thoughtfulness in getting the job done has extended not only to my property, but also the safety of my family. He’s been true to his word. Personable, knowledgeable, thoughtful and determined to see the project through. He’s utilized his network to help provide solutions to resolve my issue. “Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough about the service provided by Pure Maintenance’s staff. First, Scott who I initially met with me virtually since I reside in another state and the property with the mold issue is in another. Scott was able to explain to me the science of mold, what needed to be done to remediate and how to prevent it from coming back. He was thorough in all of his explanations and inspections. Ry, who performed the work. Ry is a rockstar. He came to the house and did the most thorough evaluation of the house pointing out areas that needed to be addressed before performing the work. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he had to perform the entire job alone and stayed until after 10pm making for a 12+ hour work day and he had a two hour commute back home. What dedication. Upon my return to the home, I was met with a freshness that I had never experienced. I’m so extremely happy with the work performed by Ry. Finally, Chad. He followed up with me on a Sunday when I’m sure he should have been off of work. He thoroughly explained how to ensure that the mold would not return specifically, materials needed and an action plan. These employees of Pure Maintenance went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done properly and correctly and did it with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and integrity. Thank You Scott, Ry and Chad”

“Randy Dalton came to my home and did a thorough inspection, was very frank and honest and gave me an estimate on the spot. Highly recommend!”

“This is a very good company. Scott Kennemer, the consultant, was very personable and knowledgable and sold me on the service. Dee, the technician, did a very professional and thorough job, and there were little details and touches that I noticed afterward that showed me that he treated my home with the utmost care. This company will do everything they promise and even go above board to take care of you. They have my highest recommendation if this is a service that you need. My home feels clean and pure and thoroughly washed and disinfected inside since they came. Other people who have been here have remarked on how good it feels as well. The only thing I would say is to do your research first about the different strains of mold to see if it is really imperative for you to have the full treatment. It is expensive. Scott was right that I could save $800 on the preliminary air test because Before and After testing was built into the treatment fee, and he was sure I had mold in the house so it would be $800 wasted. So I agreed to schedule the full treatment. I am not unhappy that I did. It was a major improvement to my home. However, if I had done the air test first it would have revealed that I had zero presence of the black mold strain, Statchybotrys, that I was most worried about. There was also zero presence of two other strains that together indicate that mold is probably growing in the house. The fairly high concentration of mold that I did have was of a strain called Basidiospores that comes in from outside, and there are different opinions as to whether it is harmful to those who are not sensitive to it. The treatment did reduce the level of that strain significantly. With that said, knowing that I did not have any black mold in my house, I am not sure I would have ordered the treatment at this time, because I thought I needed treatment for black mold. Also, an important component of the treatment for me was the treatment of my crawlspace. I had had a rat infestation a couple years ago and had a boric acid treatment applied in the crawlspace. After the mold fogging, I researched and discovered that boric acid dramatically reduces the effectiveness of the peracetic acid fog used by Pure Maintenance. Specifically, it accelerates the splitting of the peracetic acid into its component parts, which are hydrogen peroxide and vinegar, by a factor of 12. One solution to fogging with peracetic acid where boric acid is present is to increase the concentration of the peracetic acid, which was not done in my case because the fact that I had boric acid in my crawlspace had not been identified. I wish this is something that could have been identified and discussed before my treatment with Pure Maintenance. This is my full and honest review. Pure Maintenance is a great company, and they offer a fantastic service. I didn't know that fogging was even available for mold. I had thought that walls had to be ripped out to treat mold. So, If you need this service, and can afford it, you will be extremely happy that you had the treatment done.”

“Honest feedback on the status of my home. They didn't try to sell me on something that I did not need.”

“Randy from Pure Maintenance was extremely informative about our situation and explained how their product works and why it works so well. He was very kind and had a great attitude! Can’t recommend them enough!!”

“I had a great experience working with Chad Adams from Pure Maintenance of Alabama! He was incredibly thorough and patient, taking the time to explain his suggestions clearly and walking me through the steps I needed to take to improve my situation. It was so reassuring to work with someone who truly understands the importance of a healthy environment especially in your home. Chad is not only knowledgeable, but also very professional and kind. I highly recommend anyone to work with him—he’s excellent at what he does and truly knows his stuff!”

“Chad was very thorough and patient! He took time to explain his suggestions!! It was great to have someone that understood the importance of a healthy environment! Highly recommend👌🏼”

“Randy Dalton came to our home for an inspection before treatment and was an absolute wonderful experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to answer all of our questions and concerns. He explained how mold microbes can infect the entire house and the long term consequences of its infestation. He was kind and patient with us as we went through the breakdown of the removal process and budgeting. I absolutely recommend Pure Maintenance to anyone concerned about their home and health.”

“If you want the best of the best in getting your home checked out and treated then look no further than Pure Maintenance/Pure Air! Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Randy was extremely professional and informative and took his time with us explaining everything. One of the most personable people I’ve met and just a truly honest and kind individual! Ri and the team that came to treat our home were kind and courteous and kept us informed on the process the entire way. Pure Maintenance/Pure Air is the real deal and the only company that I’d recommend!”

“Gavin did a fine job and worked well around our kids. I recommend them anytime”

“I am so thankful I found Pure Air of Alabama, and especially grateful to have worked with Randy Dalton. From the first conversation, Randy was professional, kind, and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. He spent so much time with me answering all of my questions and explaining the entire process in a way that actually made sense. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but that’s exactly what Randy did. His knowledge about mold, or if she sent us microbial growth, air quality, and health impacts was impressive, but what stood out even more was how much he genuinely cared. I never felt rushed or brushed off just supported every step of the way. I’ve dealt with a few companies over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. If you need a mold remediation company you can trust, I couldn’t recommend anyone else Pure Air of Alabama highly. They truly set the standard”

“PURE Maintenance took care of all of our mold issues and other bacteria that was in our home. They were so knowledgeable and concerned about our health issues. Randy was great! We have gained a great friend in Randy! And his crew is phenomenal. Would recommend highly.”

“I called Pure Air of Alabama with concerns about possible mold in my basement. Randy Dalton came out for a free inspection he showed up right on time and was incredibly professional. After doing a thorough inspection, he sat down with me at my dining room table and explained that the issue wasn’t just mold it was a foundation problem that needed to be addressed first. Even though Pure Air doesn’t do foundation work, Randy went out of his way to connect me with a reputable company that also came out and did a free evaluation. We ended up hiring that company to take care of the structural work, and once that’s complete, Randy will be returning to handle the mold remediation. What really stood out was how much time and care Randy took to walk me through everything. He never rushed me, and he answered every one of my (many!) questions with patience and kindnesseven on follow-up calls. I felt like he truly cared about helping me fix the problem the right way, not just making a quick sale. I’m so glad I called Pure Air of Alabama. If you have any concerns about indoor air quality, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!”

“I have nothing but good things to say. Our house was an extreme case of hidden issues we didn’t find during our inspection when buying our home. I got so ill after moving in that I could no longer go inside the house for months. Chad reached out when he heard our story and helped us navigate multiple aspects of our remediation. He helped us not only navigate finding vendors for our crawlspace & HVAC work, he educated us on preventative things we could do. He also helped put me at ease that we could make our home livable and healthy again. After remediation, Chad fogged our home and a couple days later I could go inside again with no symptoms. I don’t think there is anything more important you can do than address mycotoxins & other environmental toxins in the home. Forever grateful Pure Maintenance reached out and helped us have a healthy home again.”

“How to even start to review what you thought was going to be one of the most stressful and vulnerable (that part held true) times of your life as a homeowner? All I can say about this company and our specialist, Randy, is that they are a literal Godsend. I’ve had nightmares leading up to their visit since I noticed a wet spot on our ceiling. From the time they walked in my door my anxiety began to melt and peace started pouring in, just from him as a person! Then he started explaining things to me with such knowledge, patience, understanding, and thoroughness that it became apparent that we were in very capable, experienced, knowledgeable, and kind hands. Randy is a good and Godly man and this company is hands down the most passionate, deserving, and qualified company I’ve ever come across. I cannot recommend them enough. I felt seen and heard and I know you will feel the same!”

“Randy of Pure Maintenance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting a solution to my issue. Not only that but he is a great guy, easy to talk to, and takes his time in explaining in understandable terms the situation and solution. I give him the highest recommendation without reservation.”

“Randy was phenomenal and did an amazing job explaining what I need to do and how the process works. Lots of things I didn't know and the Internet couldn't teach me, he did in minutes. Thank you”

“Professional, friendly, and very knowledgable! Highly recommend.”

“Chad Adams is the BEST!! I was recently diagnosed with CIRS due to mold exposure, and Chad came highly recommended by my functional medicine doctor. He went above and beyond to help us identify the problem areas in our home. He spent a ton of time with us and is so knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything and helped us get a step by step plan in place to eradicate the problem. I have a huge sense of relief now that we’ve uncovered the root cause of the problem and am so thankful to Chad for his help in that! I highly recommend Chad Adams and Pure Maintenance of Alabama!”

“Scott told us they have all these five star reviews for a reason and he was right! When I called it was quick and easy to set up an inspection, the inspector came in and gave us quotes and explained all of the processes and assured us it was a small, family run business local to Birmingham and after that we were sold. A few days later Gavin came and cleaned out our air ducts and was so nice and easy to work with, then a few days after that Ri came and did our mold remediation and we have another great experience with him. He even pointed out some moisture in our house we didn’t know about so that we could get it fixed, and saved us a lot of money by catching that! From my first call to the fully finished product it only took one week. We will definitely be using Pure maintenance again!”

“Randy was great! This was our first time using this typer of company and we just happened to find them online. So glad we did! Randy made it easy and his report was extremely detailed. Very professional.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my home inspection very professional. Super personable.”

“They were so kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions. I'm definitely staying in touch to use them again for future needs!”

“Chad was thorough and did a great job. Showed me where problem areas were. Kindred Christians we even talked about Christ while he worked.”

“If you are looking for expertise and a personable touch…Look no further! We used this company for a very complex and sensitive job. Everything was done with a very high standard and efficiency. They truly are passionate about their customers !!!”

“5 Stars – Highly Recommended! Pure Maintenance of Alabama gave our nonprofit a thorough evaluation and consultation, and we couldn't be more grateful. They are by far the most knowledgeable team we've ever met when it comes to mold remediation and housing health. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the well-being of our community stood out from the beginning. If you're looking for experts who not only know their stuff but also truly care about the people they serve, look no further. Thank you for your outstanding service!”

“Randy Dalton is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable about all types of mold and how it affects the home and human body! He is the BEST at what he does!! I truly appreciate the personal care and treatment he gives to each person. He made us feel very important to him - like we are family. I would recommend him 1000 times over and over again. Our home is healed from mold and we have started feeling better already! The atmosphere is so light and clean! If you need help with mold in the home, Randy Dalton is your man! Thanks Randy!!”

“Great company! Cleaned the visible mold in the ceiling rafter areas of the house and it looks fantastic. Cleaned the duct work also. I know the house is clean and mildew free!”

“Randy was super helpful and knowledgeable! I had no understanding of the different types of mold and how they form. He helps you better understand how they work and how to treat them! Great guy! If you're unsure of anything that pertains to the environment of your home I highly recommend speaking to him!”

“Randy came out and looked at the problem we were having. He is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of explaining the whats and whys of our issue and how to correct it. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell us services or products that were unnecessary. Would highly recommend to anyone needing this type of service.”

“Randy Dalton arrived on time, addressed my concerns, and put my mind at ease. Honest and reliable!”

“Chad from Pure Maintenance came out to install the MAKInline™ 9" an indoor purifier that actively distributes Energized Hydrogen Peroxide (EHP) molecules into the air and onto surfaces to reduce bacteria, viruses, molds, mildew, fungi, VOC’s (which cause odors) and other contaminants. However prior to having the device installed, it was noted that an adapter needed to be ordered for the MAK 9 probe to work properly since my home had round ducting and it wasn't previously caught during the initial consultation. Due to this issue the company also hired an electrician at their own expense to wire-in a new breaker and run an outlet to the attic for the unit to plugin to which was very much appreciated since they could have just cancelled the request for installation all together. Since the installation, I have had no issues with odor or my air quality. The service Pure Maintenance gave me during this process was top notch and very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Thank you”

“Excellent relationship-oriented service! Service like this is hard to come by and deserves 5 stars. I've been sick for most of my life, and only recently discovered my sensitivity to mold. The doctor who discovered my mold sensitivity recommend Chad at Pure Maintenance of AL. It felt like a breath of fresh air working with Chad. I was amazed at how patiently and kindly he explained the science behind mold sensitivity and the process of his services. He took multiple phone calls and traveled to NE MS to help my husband and me find the best solution. I believe Chad cares more about relationships and helping people feel and live better than money. Give them a call! You'll be glad you did.”

“Randy Dalton came to my home and I was thoroughly impressed. He took the time to explain the process to me and showed me the ductwork in my home with a borescope. He and Dannon Appleyard are first rate in my book. Gavin came on March 6th and cleaned the ductwork. He was very thorough and professional. He is another first rate member of the team.”

“I don’t really know where to start. Upon visual inspection by my plumbers….they knew my family was in a dire situation with black mold under our home. We contacted Pure Maintenance and they were here the next day. We were dumbfounded with what they found. It was not only under our house….it was also in our house! Randy was here well over three hours educating and talking with us about the processes they go through to get us into a “healthy home”. This was on a Wednesday afternoon. They were here first thing on Monday morning to get started. Ri and Daniel sat down with me and went over everything they were going to be doing. My family and I decided it would be best to just leave the home so they could do everything they needed to do without us being in the way. Ri also came back to the home the following morning to finish everything up. We were back in our home around noon the next day. Just walking in felt totally different. The trust I have in everyone knowing our home was now safe and healthy! I slept wonderfully and actually woke up without a sore throat, runny nose and itchy eyes for the first time in a very long time. I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. The whole experience was…for lack of a better word….AWESOME! Working with Randy, Ri and Daniel was like working with friends you know you can trust. They are professionals with amazing knowledge in the field. Again, my family and I highly recommend Pure Maintenance!”

“Randy Dalton is the one who came out to check out our house and we would definitely recommend him to anyone experiencing issues with mold!! he was very informative and kind. he didn’t just give us an estimate, he gave us a lot of information that we would have never known otherwise. you can tell he has a heart for the people and truly cares. THANK YOU!”

“Pure Maintenance of Alabama cleaned my vents this week. This work was recommended by Dannon Appleyard. My vents were visibly dirty from years of dirt, dust and grime. And that was just what was visible! Now, they are spotlessly clean INSIDE and OUT. Gavin did an amazing job. His knowledge and expertise in using his many pieces of equipment was remarkable. He was patient, meticulous and thorough from start to finish. The peace of mind knowing my vents are clean and fresh, with no dust, dirt or mold buildup is priceless. I highly recommend having Gavin at Pure Maintenance perform this very important job for you.”

Everything was handled in a thorough and professional way. I appreciated his patience and care in handling my home’s system (built in 1929!). I highly recommend Pure Maintenance. So glad I had this done!”

“Pure Maintenance of Alabama delivered results where other companies couldn't. Instead of trying to upsell, they provided clear options for me. I picked the one that works within my budget and couldn't be happier. They also worked me into their schedule when it clearly was inconvenient to them (I'm in the Huntsville area, and they're located in Birmingham). I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of mold treatment.”

“Response time from Google inquiry was within 2 hours by a very nice girl who made an appointment within 24 hours. The Sales Gent, Scott, was the perfect balance of information & professionalism, and so pleasant. He knows his mold. The cleaning of our home was booked in 2 business days, even during Christmas week! This was so important since I had been suffering for 5 years not knowing mold in our home was the culprit. Being in the house was not good so timing was critical. The technicians were just as friendly, thorough, professional, over & above. Its wonderful This is a family owned business & one to be proud of.”

“5-Star Review for Pure Maintenance of Alabama We recently had Pure Maintenance of Alabama clean the HVAC ductwork in our home due to mold and mildew concerns, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Chad Adams and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to making our home a healthier, cleaner space. Chad was incredibly thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and ensuring we were comfortable with everything being done. The results exceeded our expectations—our air feels noticeably fresher, and we have peace of mind knowing that the mold and mildew are gone. Their commitment to excellent customer service truly stands out. They were prompt, efficient, and meticulous in their work. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about the well-being of its customers, and Chad and his team went above and beyond in every aspect. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and grateful for their hard work! David & Peggy L. Gardendale, AL”

Once the work was scheduled, Ri and Daniel showed up promptly, were professional, and worked very hard to treat mold in our basement. We were pleased that we did not have to move everything and the process removed the mold. They stuck to their estimate and their timetable. We are pleased with the final results.”

“Life changing services! We have a preschooler, toddler, and baby. My husband was unable to speak in full sentences in the morning from the brain fog caused by mold. He was going to lose his job and had stroke like symptoms. Because of how well they cleaned the environment his recovery has been amazing. I have a husband whose capable and my kids have their health and father back. They really garentee their work. Pure maintenance helped us treat the house and were so knowledgeable about cirs. Doctors were stumped for years after spending one 10k on medical test and no answers he had gotten so bad I thought I'd be raising sick kids alone. This move wasn't helping he was still reacting to low levels... Once Pure maintenance treated he healed a crazy amount in just a month (we've been on binders for years and testing the environment which was below normal levels for the last year we did have heavy exposure in 2021 the old low wasn't low enough Pure maintenance was the first to finally give us a mold free home) Thanks for giving me a healthy family again!”

“Pure Maintenance did exactly what they said they would do. Their communication was great and showed up on time. They went over and above to make sure the mold was gone with no toxic chemicals and no tear out. I am so happy to have mold free home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Got estimate from very professional expert . Impressed with this company”

“Pure maintance was a great help to me and my family. We were constantly sick and couldn't quite figure out why. We found out we had been breathing in mold spores. My health and wellness coach from the Wellness Connection in Missouri spoke highly of Pure Maintance. He explained they were toxin free and this is one reason he suggested I get Pure Maintenance. I am glad I choose them everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. I feel confident that I won't have to worry about mold and I can now have peace of mind. I feel they went above and beyond for my family.”

“They did an awesome job and were very personable. Cleaned up after work. I will use them again!”

“Chad explains things so well! He is very prompt with replies and service. I’ve worked with him in finding and setting up a safe home for our family! Look forward to the rest of the process!”

“I paid for an air quality test and was promised a report. The technician was friendly and respectful. Although I did get verbal confirmation that there was no issue, the report was repeatedly sent to the wrong email causing confusion. However, the report was finally sent to the right email after several calls.”

“We had hot water heater leakage that damaged Sheetrock. Mold appeared on the Sheetrock after being wet!”

“We had them come out about 3 or 4 months ago to do a mold remediation on our house along with a crawl space encapsuation and it has greatly improved the air quality! My wife had developed a cronic cough after living in the house for about 8 months. After the remediation her cough has gone away and our allergies have improved. Well worth the investment!”

“I was mostly impressed with the technician, Randy Dalton. Randi was transparent with me, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I can appreciate a service that is honest and transparent with me.”

“After replacing a toilet due to a water leak, I recently learned that that the moisture had caused a mold problem.that had become visible in my garage. It wasn't long after this discovery, I started experiencing headaches, asthma, congestion and burning eyes. It was time for me to do my homework on mold, and what a lesson it was. I learned that many if not most of the time, simply cleaning, removing and repairing damage from mold, would not clear up the real mold issue threatening you or your family's health. Even when you kill the mold, it doesn't typically kill all the mold spores which are created by the mold, that can cause real damage to your health. The mold spores are microscopic and float in the air. They can be inhaled by your nose or mouth and invade your lungs, as well as be absorbed by your skin or eyes. If this persists, it can cause serious health issues...especially when a person is sensative or allergic to mold/mold spores. It can cause serious lung issues and debilitating health by going untreated, or misdiagnosed many times by doctors, and mistreated....especially when someone has had the mold removed/repaired, and health challenges from mold spores are not on their radar. This is why it is paramount to me to call Pure Maintenance which has the only system I know of that can give a customer 100 percent confidence they are killing all the mold and mold spores. It even kills a lot of viruses too. Chad explained that they use a vapor system that is small enough to penetrate everything in your house. The vapor immediately kills the mold and mold spores. Then after that, they put a protective barrier down, that inhibits a new outbreak for quite a while. After they came and treated my home, I noticed an improvement of my health symptoms within a day or two and 6 weeks later symptoms were completely gone. The air no longer feels musty and I enjoy spending time in my house. Chad and his crew even cleaned the stains from the visible mold in my garage and you can't even tell it was there. Also its given me the confidence, in cleaning or touching anything anywhere near the area of the previous mold issue, because I know it can't harm me now. I can't say enough good things about Chad and his team. When Chad returned my call, he offered to come over that same day within 2 hours to access the damage. Who does that, right? Chad had a very kind demeanor and was not pushy at all. He did not rush me. He took time to explain their system, my options, its cost and its benefits. It was a no brainer decision for me and I couldn't be happier. As a bonus it even got the mold out of a couple of coats I had, that I had tried everything to clean. I can wear them again without getting shortness of breath. If your are experIencing mold or fungus issues, health issues due to mold or fungus, or just desire cleaner air, call Chad at Pure Mainenance, he will exceed your expectation.☆☆☆☆☆”

“The guys at Pure Maintenance were extremely thorough and professional. They explained the entire process from examination, testing to remediation and treatment. They were accommodating with schedules and pets. Especially patient with answering all our many questions! Highly recommend!”

“Wanted to use them and was very pleased with them, but the work that had to be done was not within their expertise. They even called two other vendors for us and supplied our information to them just to help move the project along.”

“I HIGHLY recommend this company! Can’t say enough good things about them. I was having health problems and this company was recommeded by a natural health practitioner. I am living in a 64 year old family home with a full basement that has taken on water at various times over the years. I felt certain there was a mold problem. I called this company and spoke with Chad who immediately scheduled a time to come out for an inspection. As I suspected, the basement was full of mold and the humidity level was far too high. That very day he arranged for a foundation check and an HVAC specialist to come up with a plan to control the humidity! I was so thankful and impressed! Chad is professional and such a nice person. All the individuals Chad scheduled to come to the house were personable and nobody tried to recommend expensive fixes. In fact, all involved gave me options and ways to save money AND were professional and efficient. I chose to have two basement/house dehumidifiers installed followed by mold remediation. I have pets and a big plus was that the process is safe for pets and humans. It only took one day! I can tell a huge difference in the air quality of the basement and house. Words are inadequate to express how much I appreciate Chad and all those involved in this process!🙂”

“Chad was so wonderful to work with! He helped us with a mold issue we had from a previous flood that was improperly cleaned/taken care of. He was very professional and very thorough. He even helped us with the purchase of a dehumidifier to help with moisture in our basement. He is very knowledgeable about mold and to to treat and prevent it. Look no farther if you have any kind of mold issue. He was so kind even after this job was finished and I called him about concerns for my daughter in an apartment with mold issues! I can not recommend this company enough!!!”

“Chad and Ri were awesome and super knowledgeable. The peace of mind we now have in our home is invaluable!”

“We had the best experience! Chad and his team scheduled our Moisture test in a house that is in a flood zone. Not only did we get a timely appointment but they showed up on when they said they would and really evaluated the space. Due to their inspection we are closing on our dream lake property.”

“Chad and his guys did a great job with removing mold, hauling it away from here and also a job well done on mold remediation. They also cleaned our ductwork for the cooling and heating system. Chad did everything he said he was going to do. Very easy to work with and I will 100% use him and his company if the need ever arises. Thanks Chad, great job!!”

“Chad came and did a great job with our mold cleanup! He was efficient and professional and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend him and use him again!”

“Chad was really knowledgeable and professional. He took a lot of time to explain things, even before I was a paying customer. He was recommended to me from a friend as someone that I could trust- who would do the right thing for my situation, not just whatever it took to make money. He lived up to that promise. I had mold in my house that was effecting my health and I’m really hopeful that this took care of things and he also gave me the advice on how to prevent recurrence. After the first treatment, I had him come back to treat our guest house and my car. For the money, this is your best chance at keeping the mold at bay.”

“Chad is very professional and knowledgeable in all things mold and bacteria. He’s very easy to work with and was more than willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Chad and his company for any mold/bacteria treatmeant/remediation, especially for those with CIRS.”

“Used this service for a full sanitation of our restaurant. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very professional, affordable, and the service worked!”

“After several quotes and contact with many different businesses I was at the end of my rope. When I called Pure Maintenance from the very 1st conversation it was so different. Chad listened to me when I discussed the problem, gave me hope of a good outcome, and eased my stress. Not only did he talk a good (knowledgeable) game but he delivered as promised. We made the appointment and he and his co worker were there on time with no daily delays or excuses. They remained and diligently worked for the best part of one whole day. Then upon learning that the vapor barrier would have to go in after the remediation, he scheduled a time to come back and fog the underneath of the house again to be on the safe side. I can not say I have ever dealt with a more honest and sincere service provider in my 57 years. Oh, and did I mention he was more reasonably priced that anyone??? If you need quality mold remediation, Give him a call, you wont regret it I assure you.”

“A huge burden bars across the US experienced at the start of the pandemic was the need for quick, affordable and most certainly, effective sanitization. There were so many unknowns with COVID19. So many ways we were being challenged daily to adhere to the safest measures possible while working to garner any revenue possible during the lockdown. PM came through for us on a few occasions to help ensure we were doing all we could for our patrons but most importantly for our staff.”
