“Randy Dalton arrived on time, addressed my concerns, and put my mind at ease. Honest and reliable!”

“Chad from Pure Maintenance came out to install the MAKInline™ 9" an indoor purifier that actively distributes Energized Hydrogen Peroxide (EHP) molecules into the air and onto surfaces to reduce bacteria, viruses, molds, mildew, fungi, VOC’s (which cause odors) and other contaminants. However prior to having the device installed, it was noted that an adapter needed to be ordered for the MAK 9 probe to work properly since my home had round ducting and it wasn't previously caught during the initial consultation. Due to this issue the company also hired an electrician at their own expense to wire-in a new breaker and run an outlet to the attic for the unit to plugin to which was very much appreciated since they could have just cancelled the request for installation all together. Since the installation, I have had no issues with odor or my air quality. The service Pure Maintenance gave me during this process was top notch and very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Thank you”

“Excellent relationship-oriented service! Service like this is hard to come by and deserves 5 stars. I've been sick for most of my life, and only recently discovered my sensitivity to mold. The doctor who discovered my mold sensitivity recommend Chad at Pure Maintenance of AL. It felt like a breath of fresh air working with Chad. I was amazed at how patiently and kindly he explained the science behind mold sensitivity and the process of his services. He took multiple phone calls and traveled to NE MS to help my husband and me find the best solution. I believe Chad cares more about relationships and helping people feel and live better than money. Give them a call! You'll be glad you did.”

“Randy Dalton came to my home and I was thoroughly impressed. He took the time to explain the process to me and showed me the ductwork in my home with a borescope. He and Dannon Appleyard are first rate in my book. Gavin came on March 6th and cleaned the ductwork. He was very thorough and professional. He is another first rate member of the team.”

“I don’t really know where to start. Upon visual inspection by my plumbers….they knew my family was in a dire situation with black mold under our home. We contacted Pure Maintenance and they were here the next day. We were dumbfounded with what they found. It was not only under our house….it was also in our house! Randy was here well over three hours educating and talking with us about the processes they go through to get us into a “healthy home”. This was on a Wednesday afternoon. They were here first thing on Monday morning to get started. Ri and Daniel sat down with me and went over everything they were going to be doing. My family and I decided it would be best to just leave the home so they could do everything they needed to do without us being in the way. Ri also came back to the home the following morning to finish everything up. We were back in our home around noon the next day. Just walking in felt totally different. The trust I have in everyone knowing our home was now safe and healthy! I slept wonderfully and actually woke up without a sore throat, runny nose and itchy eyes for the first time in a very long time. I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. The whole experience was…for lack of a better word….AWESOME! Working with Randy, Ri and Daniel was like working with friends you know you can trust. They are professionals with amazing knowledge in the field. Again, my family and I highly recommend Pure Maintenance!”
